Every product page lists the measured insole length in centimetres for each size — not a generic conversion chart. Stand on a piece of paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure the line, and match it. Where a last runs narrow, short or generous, we say so on the page.

It’s stated on every product page: the upper material, the lining and the sole construction. Where a shoe is faux leather rather than full-grain, the title and the specification say faux leather. We don’t blur that line.

We run sizes 4 to 16 across most models, which is wider than the usual 7–12. Fittings vary by last, so check the fit note on the product page — it tells you whether that particular shoe suits a broader foot.

Let them dry naturally away from radiators, use shoe trees or stuff them with paper to hold the shape, and condition the leather every few months. Rotate pairs rather than wearing the same one daily — leather needs a day to dry out between wears.
