This website, tarreno.com, is operated by Tarreno ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Tarreno sells men's footwear to customers in the United Kingdom. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you. Our contact and address details are at the end of these terms.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products, sizing and pricing

We photograph our footwear as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colours may appear slightly different in person. Leather, suede and nubuck are natural materials and small variations in grain and tone are normal, not faults.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where UK VAT applies it is included in the price shown. Prices may change at any time, and we may modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Sizing guidance and conversion charts are provided on each product page. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full. You agree to give accurate and complete purchase and contact details.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to harass or abuse others, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the security of the site.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and designs — belongs to Tarreno or to our content suppliers and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarreno is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence — if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep the full protection of UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
